Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design mechanical systems and components for the production of electrical accessories.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
∎ Create 3D models, technical drawings, and schematics for mechanical equipment.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory machineries and equipment.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning, making recommendations for repairs or upgrades as needed.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of mechanical components and equipment.
∎ Monitor the installation and commissioning of new machineries and systems.
∎ Provide technical support to the production team for any mechanical issues or equipment breakdowns.
∎ Train and mentor production staff on mechanical systems, machinery, and best practices.
∎ Ensure that mechanical designs, equipment, and processes comply with industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Generate regular reports on machinery performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
