∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or EEE from a reputed university with good academic record. Graduates from other discipline having experience in Generator/Lift sales are also encouraged to apply.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Direct Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product sales (Generator & Lift) and serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products and services.
∎ Ensure products technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers with planning and organizing sales call schedule.
∎ Visit customers regularly to develop the relationships to facilitate the expansion of company's trading portfolio throughout the market.
∎ Supervise project team for cost estimation by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers and other professionals.
∎ Determine the improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of material, supplies or applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes or use of materials or services.
∎ Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
∎ Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information.
∎ Contributes to sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action.
∎ Inter departmental coordination.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Clear understanding about Generator/Lift market
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English
∎ Full mobility to travel
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
