Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc.in Computer Science & Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform BTS and transmission fault handling (24x7) as per standard fault-handling procedure and vendor recommendations
∎ Ensure operation & maintenance on telecom tower (MW, GSM, BTS etc. faulty replacement)
∎ Ensure regional level update/Cell KPI & SLA for telecom network
∎ Ensure all kind of O&M of power, 2G, 3G & 4G telecom equipment's
∎ Ensure all kind of O&M of PDH transmission links
∎ Execute periodic preventive maintenance of Site, Solar, IVS & ECHO with defined standard and fill-up check-list (active/passive)
∎ Ensure portable generator running, DG maintenance team management on requirement
∎ Attend and resolve customer complaint (CRM) as per agreed SLA
∎ Handle network fault/quality Trouble-Tickets (TT) as per agreed SLA
∎ Execute all proactive/reactive actions as required to keep network fluctuations at desired level
∎ Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for network incidences/outages
∎ Tune all kind of DC parameter of different power system
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years' experience in the relevant field with GSM systems knowledge
∎ In-depth knowledge of Telecom/Wireless Technology
∎ In-depth knowledge of BTS/Node B/Microwave transmission links maintenance and troubleshooting
∎ In depth knowledge of all passive equipment's (DG/PG/Solar/IVS/AC/AVR/UPS/Rectifier/Battery) HW/SW and their characteristics and recommended settings for the applicable work areas in core, radio and transmission networks
∎ Good knowledge on the network topology for the applicable work areas
∎ Excellent understanding of installation best practices
∎ Good knowledge of network implementation/ integration processes
∎ Good knowledge of network operations and maintenance routine activities
