Job Context:
∎ We are currently looking for a professional with passion and strong learning attitude for the following position in Dhaka South region of Operations Division of edotco Bangladesh Co Ltd.
∎ Job Purpose: Managing and maintaining quality & coordinating objectives with continuous improvement of network availability & quality improvement and cooperation with other stakeholders as well as the service provider to achieve the business goal of regional operations.
∎ Direct Reporting : Senior Engineer, Regional Operations Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform BTS and transmission fault handling (24x7) as per standard fault-handling procedure and vendor recommendations
∎ Ensure operation & maintenance on telecom tower (MW, GSM, BTS etc. faulty replacement)
∎ Ensure regional level update/Cell KPI & SLA for telecom network
∎ Ensure all kind of O&M of power, 2G, 3G & 4G telecom equipment's
∎ Ensure all kind of O&M of PDH transmission links
∎ Execute periodic preventive maintenance of Site, Solar, IVS & ECHO with defined standard and fill-up check-list (active/passive)
∎ Ensure portable generator running, DG maintenance team management on requirement
∎ Attend and resolve customer complaint (CRM) as per agreed SLA
∎ Handle network fault/quality Trouble-Tickets (TT) as per agreed SLA
∎ Execute all proactive/reactive actions as required to keep network fluctuations at desired level
∎ Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for network incidences/outages
∎ Tune all kind of DC parameter of different power system
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years' experience in the relevant field with GSM systems knowledge is MUST
