Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee overall Procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, minimize wastage & achieve maximum cost savings.
∎ Research potential vendors
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery
∎ Review quality of purchased products
∎ Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Receive & inspection of all indirect materials and make GRN through SAP.
∎ Carrying out comparative analysis of available vendor offers and negotiate best possible offers for the company.
∎ Market analysis and Sourcing potential suppliers, evaluate suppliers' proposals through comparative study and prepare purchase orders
∎ Negotiate with supplier to get the best possible price and volume discounts along with appropriate warranty.
∎ Handling inventory and ensuring optimum inventory level to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the operation.
∎ To ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
∎ Preparing purchase report monthly / yearly as well as Maintain Data Base of procurement.
∎ Maintain IDM store and Receipt Store.

∎ Age 21 to 30 years
