Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, controlling and utilizing men, machine, and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Production planning and reporting on productivity, materials, inventory and reconciliation of individual style.
∎ Direct and control all production staff to ensure that they are properly motivated.
∎ Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
∎ Ensuring the quality control of product.
∎ Ensuring production process as per provided drawing
∎ Monitoring Delivery Schedule Strictly.
∎ Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
∎ Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
∎ Working out the human and material resources needed;
∎ Drafting a timescale for the job;
∎ Setting the quality standards;
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
∎ Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
∎ Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
∎ Liaison among different departments, e.g. implement, design;
∎ Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
∎ Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed;
∎ Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
∎ Reviewing worker performance;
∎ Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management.
∎ Responsible for reporting to superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years job experience in steel buildings production.
∎ The incumbents/applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Engineering firms, steel building firms, steel structure production, steel structure quality control.
∎ Should have the ability and affordability to work at factory level.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsible, good managerial capability and positive attitude in all respect.
∎ Should have vast knowledge about production of steel buildings
Salary: Negotiable
