Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support to customers i.e., troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues, answering customer inquiries, and providing guidance on product installation, configuration, and usage.
∎ Identify the root cause of any problem & bring solutions and implement fixes, either through remote assistance or on-site visits.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, reported problems, and resolutions for future reference.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, quality assurance, and sales to provide feedback on customer issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
∎ Conduct product training sessions for customers, both on-site and remotely.
∎ Liaison with structural design farms and engineers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have a clear view on quality control of RCC Buildings.
∎ Knowledge on construction materials.
∎ Google Workspace (Google form, spreadsheet, doc, slide)
∎ ETABS.
∎ Site Supervision and Project Management
