∎ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in developing comprehensive project profiles and RFQ documentation for Battery/ lithium-ion battery storage solutions.
∎ Demonstrated ability to coach and guide customers through the technical and commercial aspects of Battery/lithium-ion battery storage solutions.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of Battery/lithium-ion battery technologies, power electronics, grid integration, and control systems.
∎ Proficiency in electrical system design, power flow analysis, and energy optimization strategies for commercial and government facilities.
∎ Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Battery/lithium-ion battery safety, performance, and grid interconnection (e.g., UL 1973, IEEE 1547, IEC 62933).
∎ Excellent problem-solving, project management, and customer-facing skills.· Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with B2B and B2G customers.
∎ Certifications in project management, energy storage system design, or power systems engineering would be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Thoroughly understand the energy storage requirements of our B2B and B2G customers, including applications in industrial facilities, commercial buildings, microgrids, and government/municipal infrastructure.
∎ Collaborate with the engineering team to design and configure optimized lithium-ion battery energy storage solutions, considering factors such as energy capacity, power output, duty cycles, and grid integration requirements.
∎ Perform detailed technical and financial analyses to provide customers with accurate cost estimates, energy savings projections, and return on investment calculations for the proposed lithium-ion battery storage solutions.
∎ Prepare comprehensive proposals and technical documentation to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our lithium-ion battery storage solutions, including product specifications, system architecture, and integration plans.
∎ Develop robust project profiles and RFQ documentation to support the sales process and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
∎ Engage with B2B and B2G customers throughout the sales process, from initial requirements gathering to final solution design and proposal presentation.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure the seamless delivery and implementation of lithium-ion battery storage projects.
∎ Provide coaching and guidance to customers to help them navigate the technical and commercial aspects of lithium-ion battery storage solutions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in lithium-ion battery technologies, grid integration strategies, and industry regulations and standards relevant to B2B and B2G applications.
∎ Provide technical support and training to the customer's operations and maintenance teams to ensure the successful long-term operation of the deployed lithium-ion battery storage solutions.
∎ Continuously seek opportunities to expand our B2B and B2G customer base and identify new applications for our lithium-ion battery storage technologies in commercial and government sectors.
