∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Mechanical.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Poultry Feeds
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of all machines.
∎ Operate erection and commissioning of machines when required.
∎ Minimize machine downtime by prompt responding of machine faults.
∎ Maintain extruder, pellet, drayer machine, hammer mill, crumbler machine etc.
∎ Calibrate and troubleshoot any kinds of automation, power and building interface systems.
∎ Develop the preventive & predictive maintenance plan for regular production
∎ Diagnose reasons for shutdown/breakdown problems.
∎ Maintain safe, healthy and clean work environment according to the requirement of standards and laws.
∎ Maintain all maintenance records according to the standard's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in agro/feeds industry is highly preferable.
∎ Good time management skill.
∎ Manufacturing process knowledge must.
∎ Hands on Technical Knowledge and Application.
Salary: Negotiable
