Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all kinds of mechanical maintenance of all equipment of the cement plant, especially Vertical Roller Mill Components.
∎ Maintain schedule of maintenance of each equipment effectively and efficiently.
∎ Diagnose root cause and specify method of repair for plant equipment.
∎ Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components of the system and able to troubleshoot.
∎ Maintain records on equipment histories, analyze cost, coordinate with team members and Head of Department for needed changes towards increasing reliability.
∎ Regularly report work status to the Head of Department.
∎ Ensure safety in the job site.
∎ Maintain the required stock of spares and consumables.
∎ Perform any other relevant works as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have working experience in VRM Cement technology.
∎ Applicant must have thorough knowledge of the cement grinding process and bulk material handling process.
∎ Ability to manage team members, provide guidance to technicians in the execution of maintenance works and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders effectively.
∎ The candidate should have the problem-solving capacity of the Plant.
Salary: Negotiable
