∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Should have working experience in VRM Cement technology
∎ Ability to work under pressure and excellent erection and mechanical work
∎ Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components of the system and be able to troubleshoot
∎ Applicant must have thorough knowledge of the cement grinding process and bulk material handling process
∎ Should be pro-active, energetic and self-motivated
∎ Should have excellent communication skills
∎ Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office and ERP
∎ Should be honest and dedicated
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi

∎ Responsible for managing and coordinating VRM erection work and other cement plant equipment
∎ Responsible for resolving any on-site erection installation issues
∎ Maintain schedule of maintenance for each equipment effectively and efficiently
∎ Diagnose root cause and specify the method of repair for plant equipment
∎ Maintain records on equipment histories, analyze costs, and coordinate with team members for needed changes towards increasing reliability
∎ Regularly report work status to the Head of Department
∎ Ensure safety on the job site
∎ Maintain the required stock of spares and consumables
∎ Perform any other relevant works as assigned by the Management
