Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Diploma in Engineering/Architecture
∎ Expert in Interior and exterior design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake and accomplish all the civil, wooden, plumbing and electric works of different establishments as deemed necessary by the organization at various place in Bangladesh.
∎ Lead and guide a team of technicians to undertake maintenance responsibilities.
∎ Capable of managing engineering and maintenance aspects of mega malls and super stores.
∎ Visit and supervise various stores countrywide to undertake maintenance activities.
∎ To design, monitor and implement architectural aspects of engineering and construction work.
∎ Supervise, monitor and maintain plumbing, electrical, sanitation and air conditioning aspects of the mega malls.
∎ To plan and organize interior and exterior design of the mega malls and super stores.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
