Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC/Diploma in Mechanical or only Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out schedule and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical and automobile equipment of readymix concrete plant
∎ Operate batching machines in erection and fabrication period
∎ Develop the preventive and predictive maintenance system to minimize machine breakdown time
∎ Maintain Ready Mix Plant/Transited Mixture/Truck/Motor/Pay Loader and Other Construction equipment as per safety guideline
∎ Monitor diesel engine operation and function
∎ Provide technical support,training to drivers and operators on vehicle scheduling, log book maintaince, Oil calibration etc
∎ Preserve all maintenance records as per the standards of requirements
∎ Ensure safety precautions as per safety guidelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer should have at least 3 years' experience where Diploma Engineer should have at least 5 years' experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment in a similar industry.
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling
∎ Sound interpersonal skill
∎ Profound knowledge on troubleshooting
