Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and meet the production schedule instructed by the plant head.
∎ Monitoring the operation of kiln as well as the quality of the product.
∎ Check line samples hourly to maintain quality.
∎ Giving enforce to the team members for perform well and try to avoid break downs.
∎ Ensure safety of the people related section.
∎ Develop & Implement Kiln Operation Process & set parameters properly.
∎ Analyze if any critical problem arises communicate with plant head.
∎ Practice to wear protection equipment to avoid accident.
∎ Understand human behavior at the working place and take necessary steps if any bad incident occurs.
