∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ B.S.c in Glass & Ceramics will get preference.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in Glaze Line section at any reputed ceramics industry will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the quality and operations as well as starting from Dryer output to kiln feeding.
∎ Negotiate with related departments as like lab, design and QC.
∎ Monitor machine and parameter adjustment.
∎ Check all of process parameters as per requirement.
∎ Try to increase quality and quantity.
∎ Maintain schedule maintenance.
∎ Prepare upcoming production sample.
∎ Report to the Head of department.
∎ Monitor continuously the overall line production and to decrease down the wastage rate of Engobe, Glaze and Green scrap.
∎ Distribute respective works to every manpower.
