Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University with minimum 1 (one) year working experience in similar position in a reputed national or multinational company.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction, Real Estate, Auto CAD Designing, Auto CAD Drafting, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all construction work as per the projected time.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work and monitoring of all project activities
∎ To prepare material and cost estimation
∎ Identify the problem area and provide appropriate solution for all services.
∎ Develop work plan and follow up its execution and provide feedback to the reporting authority.
∎ Supervise and implement of safety precautions and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.
∎ Any other task as assigned by supervisor time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the proper knowledge to understand the construction site drawing like Structural, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical.
∎ Experience in construction of Factory Shed with Pre-Fab steel structure.
∎ Knowledge in Auto-CAD
∎ Proactive, Energetic, Self-Motivated

Salary: Negotiable
