∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering from public universities is preferred
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the chemical ETP operation with a capacity of 50 m3/hr. & WTP operation.
∎ Ensure compliance with water quality standards in accordance with GOTS, ZDHC, Detox, Higg Index, DoE regulations.
∎ Ability to handle buyer requirements like H&M, IKEA.
∎ Monitor key water quality parameters (pH, DO, COD, BOD, MLSS, TSS, SVI, F/M ratio) and manage reagent preparation for lab tests.
∎ Prepare and analyze daily water balance for the ceramic production process, including intake, usage, losses, recycling, and discharge points.
∎ Maintain accurate records of total water input (e.g., groundwater, delivery lines), process- wise water consumption (body preparation, glazing, kiln cooling, etc.), waste and treated water reuse.
∎ Generate detailed water utilization and recycling reports, linked with ETP output with plant consumption and sustainability KPIs.
∎ Coordinate water consumption minimization in collaboration with production team.
∎ Handle ETP related all documentation like safety data sheet, monthly compliance reports including chemical consumption.
∎ Oversee chemical inventory and waste/sludge disposal, ensuring compliant practices.
∎ Conduct internal training on water conservation, sludge management, ETP operation, and safety.
∎ Implement and monitor the 5S methodology within the ETP and ETP chemical storage.
