Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Petroleum & Petrochemical/Environment Engineering from any reputed University/Institute.
∎ Skills Required: Competent in BOQ and MOQ, Computer skill, Fluency in English speaking, Microsoft Project Management, Microsoft visio
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Mechanical Fabrication, Oil pipeline construction, Petrochemical, Petroleum, Water Infrastructure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fuel/Petroleum, Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collection of cost estimation (BOQ, MOQ) & Rate analysis of all works upon studying drawing, Site visit, Pre-bid meeting etc. to prepare Tender Document for offer and submission.
∎ Responsible for preparation of technical specifications of works.
∎ Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and tools for business development opportunities for the company.
∎ Establish and maintain a client relations management database.
∎ Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop a roadmap and business development strategy to secure new business.
∎ Inform superiors of identified business opportunities.
∎ Develop good stakeholder/business partner relationships through phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with customers for future business growth.
∎ Assist procurement team in quotations activities like price and delivery negotiations with vendors/manufacturers.
∎ Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals.
∎ Coordinate with the Business Development Manager in problem-solving, resourcing and budgeting activities.
∎ Document Controlling.
∎ Able to prepare works to schedule, action plan & progress report of the project.
∎ To keep ready for any other assignment as & when assigned by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Age limit is relaxed in case of deserving experienced applicants.
∎ Should be competent in comprehensive writing in Bengali and Translations.
∎ Should be acquainted with the Bangladesh Public Procurement Rules (PPR).
∎ Should be acquainted with the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
∎ Should be acquainted with local government policy in terms of energy and mineral resources related to construction.
∎ Strong background & depth of knowledge of Petroleum & Petrochemical Related construction and its related materials.
∎ Highest degree of personal integrity and commitment.
∎ Self-motivated, Self-oriented, Innovative, Result oriented and hardworking.
