Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
∎ Only Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology ( BUET) students are requested to apply
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervision on all electro-mechanical work and maintenance work for commercial, residential buildings and land project.
∎ Knowledge of Installation, testing and commissioning work of electro-mechanical equipment's (HT & LT switch gear, PFI, ACB, VCB, LBS, Transformer, Diesel Generator, ATS, BBT, Elevator, Escalator, AVR, Air Conditioner, Geyser, Water Pump, Motor, Solar System etc.)
∎ Prepare, Study and modify existing design by Auto Cad as per requirement by Management.
∎ knowledge of electrical with fire safety working drawing & design for commercial and residential high rise building as per BNBC, NEC, IEC & NFPA etc.
∎ Perform the IT related work (CCTV, PABX, satellite) by planning, designing and installation.
∎ Must have handling capability of Contractor, Supplier and technicians.
∎ Offer collect and negotiation with suppler/vendor for select of best product (Spare parts/materials) as per require specification.
∎ To be prepared and maintain all documentation work (Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register, Note sheet, CS, Work Order, Bill, Adjustment etc.) as per requirement.
∎ Updated and good communication skill (by mobile/email/internet and others) with management, projects, supplier, contractor and subordinate.
∎ To liaison with various offices DESCO, DPDC, BREB for related work for all projects.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency situations.
∎ Any other duties as and when assigned by Management.
