∎ Practical knowledge of Central AC/ Chiller, Split type AC, AHU, Compressor, 1200 KVA sub-station, PLC, VFD, Electrical & Electronic devices, etc.
∎ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of all machines. Maintain all maintenance records according to the standards requirement.
∎ Schedule and execute preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ Installs electrical system components (e.g., AC, electrical panels, switches, circuits, Inverter, timers, etc.) for the purpose of providing enhanced and/or upgraded electrical capabilities.
∎ Repairs electrical components and/or systems (e.g., AC, Fridge, Motor, switches, etc.) to ensure a safe working condition.
∎ Assemble, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
