Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any recognized university/ Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of all the electrical & Instrument work of the plant (Refinery, packing plant, caterpillar gas generator, fire tube boiler, screw & piston type compressor & water treatment plant etc.)
∎ Plan, organize & run the Electrical maintenance functions and Utility (WTP, Boiler, Chillers & Air Compressors etc.)
∎ Implement preventive and condition-based maintenance programs
∎ Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of maintenance for all machines and equipments
∎ Prepare annual maintenance schedule covering plant, equipments and machineries
∎ Support engineers and project managers on technical issues, staffing requirements, man-hour estimates and schedule issues relating to project commitments
∎ Troubleshooting of PLC based SCADA system & understanding instrument wiring diagram, flow chart and control logic.
∎ Update P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) of plant & process as on required.
∎ Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities.
∎ Maintain & ensure material management system for spares, tools & equipment in sufficient quantity so to use and/or replace when required.
∎ Implement and maintain Factory Food Safety with International and Group Standard

Additional Requirements:
∎ 03-05 years working/hands-on experience with detail instrumentation and control systems engineering in leading local/multinational factories.
∎ Special Skill /Training:
∎ Hands on working knowledge and clear understanding of control logic, Flow Chart, PLC/ SCADA/ DCS, Field instrumentation etc
∎ Exposure/experience with SIEMENS PLCs will be added advantage.
∎ Working knowledge with AutoCAD and MS Project is preferred.
∎ Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills, and communication skills in verbal and written English.
