Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant should have experience in AutoCAD, CNC machine operation.
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word & excel and email communication.
∎ Interpersonal skill & communication skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor operation and supervision of CNC machines.
∎ Ensure quality control of processed parts.Diagnosis and troubleshooting of minor malfunctions.
∎ Maintain machine maintenance, setup and program performance.
∎ Keep records and maintain documentation of machine specifications and programing notes.
∎ Ensure compliance, safety rules and regulation in work place.
∎ Collaboration with shipbuilding engineers to ensure day to day hull parts.
∎ Prepare day to day work schedule of CNC cutting operators.
∎ Conduct tool setting and machine programming, select the appropriate plate size for each CNC cutting, testing programs and making adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.
