Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the construction work of the project and make report on regular basis.
∎ Check contractors activities ; work progress, quality of work and evaluate their performance.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget.
∎ Compare the actual work done against plan and take necessary action to maintain proper work schedule.
∎ Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
∎ Prepare estimation for various civil works.
∎ Prepare bill/cheque for various works.
∎ Receive goods/ materials at project site and oversee them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Multi Storied Building construction with minimum of 2 Basements.
∎ Preferably having experience in Hotel Building.
∎ Experience of working with foreign consultants, contractors.
∎ Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & physically fit.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft project,Auto CAD,etc
