Educational Requirements:
∎ • Must have B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University/Polytechnic Institute with minimum 05 (Five ) year working experience in similar position in a reputed national or multinational company.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Hard Working, Maintenance, Real Estate

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction, interior finishing, 3D Max, Able to work under pressure, Auto CAD Designing, Cost and budget, Estimating, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Engineering Firms, Garments, Group of Companies, Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage all construction work as per the projected time.
∎ • Ensure quality of construction work and monitoring of all project activities
∎ • To prepare material and cost estimation
∎ • Identify the problem area and provide appropriate solution for all services.
∎ • Develop work plan and follow up its execution and provide feedback to the reporting authority.
∎ • Supervise and implement of safety precautions and take necessary actions to prevent accidents.
∎ • Any other task as assigned by supervisor time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ • Must have the proper knowledge to understand the construction site drawing like Structural, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical.
∎ • Experience in construction of Factory Shed with Pre-Fab steel structure.
∎ • Knowledge in Auto-CAD
∎ • Proactive, Energetic, Self-Motivated
