Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 24/7 service for Call Center & Customer Service solutions
∎ Application, system health check & alarm monitoring,
∎ Escalation to vendor for incident
∎ Facilitate vendor support at non-business hour for system troubleshooting & maintenance,
∎ Project support from technical aspect
∎ Portal credential and IPT reset,
∎ CR Execution support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Avaya call center is a must.
∎ Clear knowledge of OS, data network and DB
∎ Strong knowledge of voice network, Communication Manager & IVR system
∎ Solid skill of API communication, MSSQL & MySQL
∎ Capable to administration of various application software
∎ Extensive knowledge regarding KYC management & customer relationship management system
∎ Interest and ability to roster duty on 24/7 with can do attitude
∎ Good organizational, time management, and service delivery & business communication skills
