Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering (BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET will get preference).
∎ Or Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering (Govt. Polytechnic Institute will get Preference).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all mechanical maintenance activities (both Scheduled and unscheduled).
∎ Maintaining Machinery, Repairing & other related Works.
∎ Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Store spare parts & equipment's for replacement well ahead of time and ascertain the proper documentation of the same.
∎ Keep record of all day-to-day repairs, maintenance and services activities .
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
∎ Prepare monthly preventive maintenance schedule
∎ Make spare parts list of all type machinery and ensure Technical specification etc.
∎ Guiding and directing all immediate subordinate for planning, organizing and executing works.
∎ Responsible for preparing cost and efficiency statement of vehicles and make comparative analysis to reduce cost.
∎ Responsible for selecting and making agreement with reputed workshops for repairing and maintenance of vehicles as and when required.
∎ Provide engineering inputs and technical support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be B. Sc in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineer for Engineer-Mechanical position.
∎ Should have enough knowledge on Mechanical Engineering (supervision) and related documentation.
∎ Ability for leadership, team work and decision making under pressure with good intercommunication skills
∎ Aptitude to work under stressful condition.
