Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in CSC/BBA from any UGC-approved university or any international university
∎ MBA would be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform continuous scanning of internal and external environmental risks related to Employee Relations and closely monitor any development on the issues related to Employee relations
∎ Plan and propose a necessary way forward for mitigating employee relations risks and employee-friendly working environment and create a bridge between employees and the management for resolution of any dispute and issues related to employees
∎ Ensure the timely circulation of relevant message/news/updates to the concerned employees using the appropriate mode of communication
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
∎ Play vital role in internal compliance audit in relation to labor law and Review status of BDCL, make recommendations for taking necessary steps to protect the company from legal risks
∎ Maintain Liaison with external stakeholders related to Labour and Employment
∎ Manager end-to-end disciplinary and grievance process
∎ Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events reinforcing cross-functional synergies and driving Employee Engagement Surveys

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
∎ Experience in any Telecom industry will be preferred
∎ Comprehensive labor law knowledge
∎ Sound understanding of Employee relations activities
∎ Sound knowhow of conflict resolution, grievance, and disciplinary management
∎ In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures
∎ Sound knowhow of Stakeholder Management
