∎ B.Sc. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a reputed public or private university
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a reputed public or private university
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Closely supervised all EME activities (special knowledge on fire protection system will get priority) to ensure they are executed according to the planned schedule.
∎ Ensured all work adheres to the BNBC code and meets the technical specifications set by the head of the department and top management, maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Regular meetings were held with site personnel and vendors to address project requirements.
∎ Verified and balanced project expenses against the approved BOQ and budget to maintain financial control.
∎ Overseeing all EME repair and maintenance work to ensure uninterrupted construction activities.
∎ Ensuring the current work progress aligns with the planned schedule.
∎ Conducting physical inspections and taking accurate measurements on-site.
∎ Authorizing petty cash, MPR, MTRF, and contractor bills in accordance with company policies and requirements.
∎ Conducted on-site inspections and took actual measurements from the project.
∎ Prepared bills based on the measurement book and work orders, maintaining proper records.
∎ Consistently followed up with relevant departments to ensure progress.
∎ Estimated quantities at the site and cross-checked them with the BOQ for verification.
∎ Established and facilitated communication between the EME team, vendors, office staff, and management to ensure smooth construction operations.
