Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Candidates with Technician in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechanic and/or Industrial Mechanics background are highly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comply with the quality system requirements (GQS) pertinent to the function. Quality System: Documents, work methods, internal and external customer expectations for the process, product or service.
∎ Execute an assure compliance of all Environment, Health and Safety dispositions.
∎ Comply with the requirements of the quality system (GQS) related to their function.
∎ Understand by quality system: Documentation, work method and expectations of the internal and external client regarding a process, product or service.
∎ Inform the supervisor, manager and/or maintenance coordinator of the problems detected in machines and facilities for programming the corresponding corrective measures according to priority.
∎ Data collection on daily energy use readings.
∎ Daily inspections to detect anomalies / failures in equipment and facilities inside and outside the plant.
∎ Knowledge and monitoring of daily, weekly and biweekly preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance work.
∎ Manage records and control of tools and materials in charge.
∎ Installation of productive machinery of the chemical department and laboratories.
∎ Participate in the different trainings that are specifically scheduled for the execution of assignments that carry special considerations. (work at height, confined spaces, hot work, electrical work, etc.).
∎ Comply with the indicators of compliance and execution of maintenance, such as preventive, corrective, predictive, support, RCM, general service, improvement and others, scheduled according to the calendar.
∎ Execute all activities following good practices to ensure cleanliness in maintenance workshops as well as in work areas.
∎ Reading plans, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of a part, machine, or equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in RCM, TPM and CMMS maintenance systems/methodologies, budget management, Automation
