Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good knowledge of Electrical hazards & safety issues.
∎ Responsible for keeping records of all maintenance work.
∎ To perform process troubleshooting, parts inspection and various other functions to ensure conformity and quality.
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
∎ To follow the shift schedule as well as maintenance schedule.
∎ To diagnose & troubleshoot instantaneous problems in running condition of the mill with minimum breakdown.
∎ To diagnose & troubleshoot malfunction at entry level in Automation system.
∎ To take corrective action regarding any malfunction in Electrical and Automation system & components.
∎ To supervise and monitor the electrical system in running condition & maintain daily checklist during shift and acknowledge any non-conformity to reporting concern.
∎ To supervise the maintenance of the Electrical & Automation system according to the maintenance schedule during shift.
∎ To maintain the record of preventive & corrective maintenance of the Electrical & Automation system during shift.
∎ To record the consumption of electrical spares during shifts.
∎ To ensure safety in preventive & corrective maintenance of Electrical & Automation systems during shift.
∎ Any job which will be assigned for department requirements under supervision of higher responsibility.
∎ Repairing, servicing, calibrating, regulating, fine-tuning, or testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic principles.
∎ Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other electrical problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) experience in relevant fields.
∎ To be able to lead the team & handle all types of emergency situations when they arise during the shift.
∎ Must have good working knowledge about all the operation & control systems of the running machinery (Main & Auxiliary).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work in a team.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
