Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be graduated from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call centre training, Customer Service, Teaching/ Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating, organizing and conducting different training programs.
∎ Keeping follow up of all training records.
∎ Designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs.
∎ Devising individual learning plans.
∎ Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
∎ Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met also evaluating training and development programs.
∎ Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
∎ Conducting training sessions accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good & attractive speech & presentation quality.
∎ Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English.
∎ Strong capability to attract audience & methodical approach to give skill & knowledge to trainee.
∎ Smart, descent & discipline and extremely patient in approach.
∎ Having desire to absorb new skill & quality.
∎ Must be flexible to work under pressure.
∎ Should know the basics of MS-Excel.
