Student Counseling & Guidance

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students regarding study abroad options, programs, and destinations.
• Assess students’ academic and financial backgrounds to recommend suitable universities and courses.
• Educate students about admission requirements, tuition fees, living costs, and visa regulations.

Communication & Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and university representatives.
• Build and sustain partnerships with foreign universities, language schools, and other education service providers.
• Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and online events.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

• Maintain an updated student database and follow up on inquiries.
• Prepare weekly progress reports on student cases and application status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Marketing & Promotion Support

• Support social media campaigns and marketing activities for lead generation.
• Share success stories, testimonials, and relevant updates to attract new clients.
