∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering from BUET
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Land Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise land development works
∎ To ensure quality of work at every phase of land developments and construction works by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures.
∎ To ensure quality of all structural and architectural work carried out as per design and specification.
∎ To calculate cost and determines the feasibility of the project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering.
∎ To ensure the quality of materials for maintaining proper quality control.
∎ To prepare a project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing.
∎ To ensure project/site labor Management.
∎ To prepare relevant Bill
∎ To monitor civil construction work
∎ To monitor survey team
∎ To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
∎ To ensure day to day projects progress report based on drawing, design and schedule.
∎ To deal with labor contractors for smooth operations.
∎ To perform any relevant job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have surveying knowledge
∎ Candidates having excellent computer skill in Engineering Software like AutoCAD and in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Candidates who are self-driven & motivated; able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and Punctuality.
∎ Must be flexible with working extended hours as per requirements.
∎ Able to cope with high work pressure & bear work responsibilities smoothly.
∎ Professional behavior, honesty & Integrity is highly expected.
∎ Energetic, hard worker having capability to manage works efficiently.
