Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work for maintenance development by proper planning & BOQ.
∎ Supervise all types of maintenance work of IMM, extrusion line, ink filling & utility line.
∎ Make comparison data of utility vs. production report monthly with maintenance status.
∎ On-board Safety training for maintenance new hires and ongoing department Safety training, quarterly and monthly audits.
∎ Plan & Execute scheduled, breakdown, and preventive maintenance of HTF, compressor, chiller, extruder as well as plastic machines.
∎ Calculate plant efficiency by the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method.
∎ Motivate train & develop a skilled workforce to increase productivity.
∎ Manages the Maintenance Department through the successful direction and support of the Maintenance Supervisor on each shift and supervises indirectly maintenance personnel.
∎ Create and write technical Safety Standard operating procedures
∎ Prepare detailed design drawings and technical specifications.
∎ Coordinates with the local authority or standard association for testing and inspection of e.g. boiler, hydro, fire prevention system, building permit, and pressure vessel as required by rule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Need to knowledge injection mc, extrusion & chiller & air compressor line, etc.
∎ Responsible to drive new projects as a project leader by maintaining project management.
∎ Must have knowledge of Auto CAD 2D 3D.
∎ Know the production process of injection molding machine & extrusion line.
