∎ Manage and oversee all local procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services to meet operational requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Monitor local market trends, assess supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement processes.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, warehouse, and finance, to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
∎ Lead the local logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Prepare and maintain procurement reports, budgets, and performance metrics for management review.
∎ Handle escalations related to vendor issues, delivery delays, or product discrepancies effectively.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the local supply chain to enhance operational efficiency.
