Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Planning, scheduling, budget preparation, rate analysis, supervision, quality control of infrastructure construction, and interior design as per plan.
∎ Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts for various projects, including residential apartments, office spaces, and commercial establishments.
∎ Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate interior design plans seamlessly into the overall building design.
∎ Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting fixtures that complement the overall design theme while adhering to budgetary constraints.
∎ Keep abreast of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and incorporate them into the design process when appropriate.
∎ Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure the timely procurement and installation of interior design elements.
∎ Conduct regular site visits to monitor and oversee the implementation of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards and submitting reports to the management on their current status.
∎ Responsible for creating a work schedule that adheres to the project plan and completing all construction and interior design works on time.
∎ Capable of handling, controlling and checking project stock, work approval, daily work plan and all related files and documents of the project.
∎ Capable to prepare & check BOQ, pricing, and cost estimation including separate BOQ for each construction & interior work or project.
∎ Arranging and utilizing manpower at its best in construction areas.
∎ Responsible for creating bills of work completed and submitting them to the appropriate authority.
∎ Ensures the safety and security of all men, materials, and equipment at the construction site.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 year experience in interior implementation work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior design, civil construction.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, consulting Firms.
∎ Excellent Command in MS Office applications and especially in Auto CAD.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Working under pressure.
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
∎ Candidates having past experiences with Concord Real Estate, Building Technology & Ideas Ltd. (BTI), Shanta Holdings Ltd., Assurance Developments Ltd., Asset developments & holdings Ltd., Navana Real Estate Ltd., Rangs Properties Ltd., and any other reputed developers company will get preference.
