Not mandatory, but experience in:
- Basic driving instruction/ Call center / front desk / education assistant role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and basic English
- Tech-comfortable (using a PC, headset, simple simulator tools)
- Friendly, calm, and patient with learners
Responsibilities & Context:
We are launching Dhaka’s first premium Driving Simulator Training Studio. This is a tech-enabled environment designed to help first-time drivers gain road confidence in a safe, immersive way.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist learners in operating the driving simulator confidently
- Provide 1-on-1 coaching on driving fundamentals and road rules
- Maintain session schedule, take attendance, and log progress
- Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues
- Guide students through BRTA license process (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, professional training environment
Employment Status: Full-time (10 AM – 8 PM, 6 days/week)
