Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all drivers and resolve all driver-related issues.
∎ Driver data management and keeping them updated.
∎ Calculate the driver's overtime, performance bonus and other benefits.
∎ Coordinate the Interview and Driving Test of the new drivers with HR.
∎ Share the driver requirement and gap immediately.
∎ Keep all drivers Driving Licences and Vehicle documents updated.
∎ Other driver-related work assigned by Management.
