∎ Candidate should be strong communication skill in Bangali (Written & Oral)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Safe and Secure Transportation:
∎ Drive VVIPs safely and efficiently to and from destinations.
∎ Maintain defensive and proactive driving techniques to ensure security.
∎ Plan routes in advance, considering traffic, road conditions and alternate paths.
∎ 2.Confidentiality and Discretion
∎ Maintain the highest level of discretion at all times.
∎ Refrain from discussing any private matters overheard or observed.
∎ 3.Vehicle Maintenance and Readiness
∎ Ensure the vehicle is always clean, polished, and in excellent working condition.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and arrange for routine maintenance or urgent repairs.
∎ Keep the fuel tank full and ensure all safety equipment is available and operational.
∎ 4.Punctuality and Reliability
∎ Always arrive on time or early for scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
∎ Be available on-call as required, including weekends, nights, or holidays.
∎ 5.Professional Appearance and Demeanor
∎ Wear a clean, professional uniform (if required).
∎ Display polite, respectful behavior at all times.
∎ Security and Awareness
∎ 6.Risk Assessment
∎ Stay vigilant and assess surroundings for potential threats or unusual activity.
∎ Follow established security protocols and cooperate with security personnel.
∎ 7.Crisis Management
∎ Remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in emergencies.
∎ Know emergency escape routes and nearby hospitals or safe locations.
∎ Administrative Duties
∎ 8.Travel Log and Reporting
∎ Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
∎ Report any incidents, accidents, or suspicious activity immediately.
∎ 9.Coordination and Communication
∎ Coordinate with the personal assistant, security team, or household staff.
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to instructions or itinerary changes.
∎ Other Duties (As Required)
∎ 10.Errands and Personal Assistance
∎ Run errands or deliver packages discreetly when requested.
∎ Assist with luggage, doors, or other tasks as required.
∎ 11.Vehicle Presentation
∎ Ensure the vehicle is stocked with refreshments, reading material, or any items requested by the VVIP.
