• Valid driver`s license and clean driving record (বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স এবং পরিচ্ছন্ন ড্রাইভিং রেকর্ড)

• Demonstrated experience in driving and familiarity with the roads and traffic regulations in Dhaka, Chittagong, and Cox’s Bazar (ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম এবং কক্সবাজারের রাস্তা ও ট্রাফিক বিধি সম্পর্কে পরিচিতি এবং ড্রাইভিংয়ের অভিজ্ঞতা)

• Demonstrated experience of driving in hill tract areas and long routes (পার্বত্য অঞ্চল এবং দীর্ঘ রুটে ড্রাইভিংয়ের অভিজ্ঞতা)

• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with relevant laws and regulations (নিরাপত্তার প্রতি দৃঢ় প্রতিশ্রুতি এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক আইন ও বিধিমালা মেনে চলা)

• Flexibility and willingness to work outside office hours if needed by the project (প্রয়োজন হলে প্রকল্পের জন্য অফিস সময়ের বাইরে কাজ করার নমনীয়তা এবং ইচ্ছা)

• Safe Transportation: The driver must ensure the safe transportation of personnel, equipment, and materials to and from project sites, adhering strictly to traffic laws and regulations.

• নিরাপদ পরিবহন: ড্রাইভারকে কর্মী, সরঞ্জাম এবং সামগ্রীকে প্রকল্প স্থানে এবং সেখান থেকে নিরাপদে পরিবহন নিশ্চিত করতে হবে, ট্রাফিক আইন ও বিধিবিধান কঠোরভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে।

• Vehicle Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the vehicle is crucial to ensure its proper functioning. The driver should conduct routine checks, such as oil levels, tire pressure, and brake conditions, and promptly report any issues for repair.

• যানবাহনের রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ: যানবাহনের সঠিক কার্যকারিতা নিশ্চিত করতে নিয়মিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। ড্রাইভারকে তেল স্তর, টায়ারের চাপ এবং ব্রেকের অবস্থার মতো রুটিন পরীক্ষা-নিরীক্ষা করতে হবে এবং মেরামতের জন্য যেকোনো সমস্যার দ্রুত রিপোর্ট করতে হবে।

• Security Awareness: The driver should be vigilant and aware of potential security risks along travel routes and at project locations, taking necessary precautions to safeguard passengers and assets.

• নিরাপত্তা সচেতনতা: ড্রাইভারকে ভ্রমণের পথে এবং প্রকল্পের স্থানে সম্ভাব্য নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি সম্পর্কে সতর্ক ও সচেতন থাকতে হবে, যাত্রী ও সম্পদের সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে।

• Time Management: Timely arrival and departure are essential for project activities. The driver should plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and other factors, to ensure punctuality.

• সময় ব্যবস্থাপনা: প্রকল্পের কার্যক্রমের জন্য সময়মতো আগমন এবং প্রস্থান অপরিহার্য। ড্রাইভারকে রুট পরিকল্পনা দক্ষতার সাথে করতে হবে, ট্রাফিক পরিস্থিতি এবং অন্যান্য বিষয় বিবেচনা করে, সময়মতো পৌঁছানোর জন্য।

• Communication: Effective communication with project staff is essential. The driver should maintain clear and open communication channels, providing updates on travel schedules, changes in plans, and any relevant information.

• যোগাযোগ: প্রকল্প কর্মীদের সাথে কার্যকর যোগাযোগ অপরিহার্য। ড্রাইভারকে পরিষ্কার এবং খোলা যোগাযোগ চ্যানেল বজায় রাখতে হবে, ভ্রমণের সময়সূচী, পরিকল্পনার পরিবর্তন এবং যেকোনো প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য সম্পর্কে আপডেট দিতে হবে।

• Emergency Response: In the event of accidents, breakdowns, or other emergencies, the driver should remain calm and follow established protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and coordinate necessary assistance.

• জরুরি প্রতিক্রিয়া: দুর্ঘটনা, যানবাহন বিকল হওয়া বা অন্যান্য জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে, ড্রাইভারকে শান্ত থাকতে হবে এবং যাত্রীদের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠিত প্রোটোকলগুলি অনুসরণ করতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা সমন্বয় করতে হবে।

• Record Keeping: Accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities should be maintained. This helps in monitoring vehicle usage and expenses for budgeting purposes.

• রেকর্ড রাখা: মাইলেজ, জ্বালানি ব্যবহার এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ কার্যক্রমের সঠিক রেকর্ড রাখা উচিত। এটি বাজেটিং উদ্দেশ্যে যানবাহনের ব্যবহার এবং ব্যয়ের পর্যবেক্ষণে সহায়তা করে।

• Adherence to Organizational Policies: The driver should familiarize themselves with the NGO`s policies and procedures related to vehicle operation, safety, and security, and ensure compliance at all times.

• প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক নীতিমালা মেনে চলা: ড্রাইভারকে এনজিওর যানবাহন পরিচালনা, নিরাপত্তা এবং নিরাপত্তা সম্পর্কিত নীতিমালা এবং পদ্ধতির সাথে পরিচিত হতে হবে এবং সব সময় তা মেনে চলতে হবে।

• Professional Conduct: Courteous and professional behavior towards passengers, colleagues, and members of the community is essential. The driver represents the NGO and should uphold its reputation through their conduct.

• পেশাদার আচরণ: যাত্রী, সহকর্মী এবং সম্প্রদায়ের সদস্যদের প্রতি সৌজন্যপূর্ণ এবং পেশাদার আচরণ অপরিহার্য। ড্রাইভার এনজিওর প্রতিনিধিত্ব করে এবং তাদের আচরণের মাধ্যমে এর সুনাম রক্ষা করা উচিত।

• Crisis Management: In case of crisis situations, such as natural disasters or political unrest, the driver may be required to assist in evacuation or other emergency response efforts as directed by project management.

• সংকট ব্যবস্থাপনা: প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতার মতো সংকট পরিস্থিতিতে, ড্রাইভারকে প্রকল্প ব্যবস্থাপনার নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী অপসারণ বা অন্যান্য জরুরি প্রতিক্রিয়া প্রচেষ্টায় সহায়তা করতে হতে পারে।
