Experience:

• Minimum Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience driving corporate officials, foreign guests, Embassy’s, donor agencies, or company management.
• Smart, polite, and disciplined personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, honest, and loyal to assigned duties
• Ability to handle pressure, maintain composure, and work flexible hours including weekends or late nights if required

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional driving experience with reputed organizations or senior-level officials;
• Proven experience in driving luxury and high-end vehicles, including but not limited to:
• Toyota Land Cruiser, Prado, Lexus Hybrid, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and other premium models
• Must have experience operating hybrid and automatic transmission vehicles with understanding;
• Practical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, tire and oil checks, and dashboard indicators;
• Experience driving both within Dhaka city and long-distance routes (inter-district trips);
• Familiar with VIP protocol driving, maintaining confidentiality and professional etiquette;
• Sound understanding of traffic laws, road safety rules, and emergency handling procedures;
• Must hold a valid professional driving license with clean driving records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive assigned company vehicles, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of officials and guests;
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, readiness, and proper documentation (tax token, fitness, insurance, etc.);
• Conduct daily inspection of vehicle condition (fuel, oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, lights) before use;
• Ensure vehicles are sent for servicing and repairs on time and report any mechanical issues promptly;
• Maintain trip logs, fuel consumption records, and ensure cost-effective operation;
• Adhere to company protocol, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit professional behavior at all times;
• Ensure safety, comfort, and privacy of passengers.
