∎ Must have a valid driving license (Light/medium type) and at least 5 years of practical driving experience.
∎ Knowledge of various vehicles driving including 4X4.
∎ Should have knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
∎ Strong understanding of vehicle safety, security, and defensive driving.
∎ Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
∎ Good written and spoken in Bangla and basic communication in English is highly preferable.

∎ The principle occupation of a driver is to safely convey passenger(s)/cargo to destination(s) and return safely to base on completion of duty. It is further requiring that the driver perform dispatch runs as requested. He/ She will ensure proper safety and security of the vehicle, as well as that of any passenger while traveling. The Driver will perform minor vehicle repair/maintenance work including carrying out “A” servicing. The driver must possess knowledge of local laws related to vehicle movement. It is essential that a Driver learn his assigned “territory of operations” in the shortest possible time. Shared cost/Cost poll drivers are attached to a project for practical purposes, but their responsibilities require working across all projects in assigned location.
