Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developed and design 2D/3D (Architectural & Structural detail drawing).
∎ Detail Construction drawings.
∎ Prepared schedules, cost estimates, construction and general notes for projects.
∎ Integrated multiple programs and applications to achieve complete project designs.
∎ Responsibilities included drafting, forecasting, scheduling and preparing project.
∎ Reviewed drawings, contracts, plans and specifications for customer accuracy.
∎ Reviewed submittal data on proposed materials and equipment for conformance with contract and specification requirements.
∎ Coordinated and communicated with engineers and subcontractors to insure quality assurance for project completion.
∎ Trained employees in advanced functions of the AutoCAD menu system to minimize project submittal time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 year(s) in relevant field.
∎ Experienced in 3D Max, Auto CAD
∎ Layout skills.
∎ Analytical skills.
∎ Creativity.
∎ Flexibility.
∎ Attention to detail.
