Additional Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in SOP (Statement of Purpose) writing will be considered a strong advantage
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in documentation or related fields.
  • Proven experience in SOP writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal communication.
  • Knowledge of educational consultancy documentation will be an added advantage.


Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage documentation related to student applications for South Korea.
  • Draft and edit Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and personal statements for students, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
  • Assist students with form-filling, verification, and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with internal teams and partner institutions to ensure smooth documentation flow.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and maintain filing systems (both digital and hardcopy).
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding application progress.
