Educational Requirements:
∎ Good level of English essential, Paramedic / diploma with 2-years' experience in the Paramedic doctors department

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Paramedic will be responsible to assist in the smooth running of the Resort Clinic operations and provide specialist care and treatment to guests/ visitors and colleagues who have been involved in accidents, emergencies or other crises.
∎ Expected Joining Date 1st July 2019
∎ Department: Administration & General
∎ Reports to: Operations Manager/Resort Manager /General Manager
∎ A Full Time position based at the Sarah Resort, Gazipur - Fortis Group
∎ Number of Direct Reports - variable
∎ Titles of Direct Reports - Operations Manager/Resort Manager /General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help to resuscitate patients in an emergency before hospital admission
∎ Provide medical assistance during emergency situations, such as CPR, AED, prevent shock, control severe bleeding, prevent spinal damage, etc.
∎ Evaluate a patient's condition to determine the right course of treatment
∎ Decide if admission to hospital is necessary and assess how to move patients and where the best location is for them
∎ Work closely with doctors and nurses in hospital accident and emergency departments, briefing them as their patient arrives at hospital
∎ Periodically Health Checkup plan for Employees
∎ Knowledge of making small clinic, Medicine and Equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ EXPERIENCE:
∎ Having an experience in similar position for at least 24 months with a great Interpersonal skills and good level of knowledge the Paramedics Department.
∎ SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal, listening, writing)
∎ An effective Team Player in a team based environment
∎ Effective time management skills.
∎ Innovative
∎ Pro-active and reliable
∎ Able to work alone and within a team.
