Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS).
∎ Candidates who completed CCD (Certificate Course on Diabetology) are preferable.
∎ Candidates who completed CMU/DMU are preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interact with patients following the 'Patient Interaction Script'.
∎ Take verbal consent from the patient before enrolling the patient and initiate the support program with them and document consent.
∎ Brief patients about the services they will receive under the patient support program.
∎ Record keeping and maintenance of the Doctor Consent Forms
∎ Record keeping and maintenance of the Patient Consent Forms (Verbal Consent)
∎ Perform Ultrasonogram.
∎ Educate the patients as per the NNBD structured curriculum
∎ Ensure all safety cases and other customer complaints are referred immediately to the PV person assigned to collect safety data
∎ Record keeping, and maintenance of relevant Files as a part of Good Documentation Practice.
∎ Ensure completeness and accuracy of data in the Database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in MS Word, MS Excel.
∎ Software based prescription.
