Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a Sales Team of 6-10 people
∎ Ensure effective monitoring to achieve the set target(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 05 years working experience as 1st Line Manager in Dhaka, preferentially working experience in Neuroscience Hospital, NICVD, Mental Health Hospital, Shahid Suhrawardy Hospital and National Heart Foundation
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationship with doctors.
∎ Should have optimistic career objective, good leadership quality, strong product knowledge and continuous achievers
∎ Go-getter attitude to accomplish tasks
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Well versed in strategic sales planning
∎ Computer literate
