∎ Manage a Sales Team of 6-10 people
∎ Ensure effective monitoring to achieve the set target(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience candidates (preferentially Oncology Team) as Area Manager/ Territory Manager of any reputed Pharmaceutical company will get preference
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationship with doctors.
∎ Go-getter attitude to accomplish tasks
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Well versed in strategic sales planning
∎ Computer literate
