∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Tally/ ERP software, Microsoft office, Logistics Management, Transportation Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive product orders from the Area Sales Manager and record them in the order register. Coordinate sales orders with all depots.
∎ Prepare Challans and Invoices after verifying OD customers and customer credit limits using both manual methods and Tally ERP software.
∎ Update the product distribution plan daily and identify cost-effective distribution routes.
∎ Record product dispatch information in the outgoing register and provide daily updates to sales officials.
∎ Distribute products nationwide using Challans and Invoices, utilizing vehicles and courier services.
∎ Generate and update daily and monthly Sales and Goods Received (GR) reports, covering Rangpur, Cumilla, Gopalganj, Mymensingh, and Habiganj depots.
∎ Record and update information on returned Challans and Invoices, ensuring customer seals and signatures are included.
∎ Maintain vehicle records and ensure proper upkeep for smooth product distribution.
∎ Manage drivers and helpers to ensure timely product distribution.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of five depots: Rangpur, Gopalganj, Mymensingh, Cumilla, and Habiganj.
∎ Maintain constant communication with Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers, and head office officials.
