Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and implement operational protocols, guidelines, and workflows to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the hospital.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and patient satisfaction scores and integrate best practices to improve overall performance and results.
∎ Promote efficient use of resources and maximize the optimization of manpower.
∎ To monitor the staff to deliver high-quality service, in a positive manner to promote the hospital's image as the best healthcare hospital in the country.
∎ Build positive and strong relationships with key stakeholders including the government of Bangladesh, healthcare collaborators, regulatory entities, community leaders, and relevant agencies.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliances related to medical regulations are met at all times.
∎ Encourage a culture of continuous development, quality standards, and a commitment to patient safety in accordance with JCI benchmarks within the hospital.
∎ Recognize and stay updated on the latest developments, possibilities, and obstacles in the healthcare sector, adjusting strategies to sustain the hospital's competitive advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years of working experience with 05 years of successful experience in healthcare/facility management in a senior Management role
